Feature Requests & Feedback
How Cosmo captures feature requests and feedback through natural conversation
Feature Requests & Feedback
Cosmo captures feature requests, bug reports, and general feedback directly through conversation — no forms, no support tickets.
How it works
When you ask Cosmo to do something that isn't possible yet, the AI will:
- Explain what isn't available and why
- Offer to log it as a feature request
- Ask how important it is to your workflow (1–5 scale)
- Record it with full context from the conversation
You: Can you schedule Slack messages for next Monday?
Cosmo: Slack scheduling isn't available yet — Cosmo can send messages
through Slack but can't schedule them for later.
Would you like me to log this as a feature request?
It helps our team prioritize what to build next.
You: Yes, it's pretty important for my weekly updates
Cosmo: Got it. On a scale of 1–5, how important is this to your
workflow? (1 = nice to have, 5 = can't do my job without it)
You: 4
Cosmo: Logged! I've recorded "Schedule Slack messages" as a feature
request with importance 4/5. The team will see this along with
the context about your weekly update workflow. What gets captured
The AI synthesizes a rich description from your conversation — not just what you asked for, but why you need it and what you're working around:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Type | Feature request, bug report, or general feedback |
| Title | Short summary (e.g., "Schedule Slack messages") |
| Description | Detailed context from the conversation |
| Importance | 1–5 rating of how critical this is to your workflow |
| Capability area | Product area (e.g., integrations/slack, ai/agents) |
| Your notes | Anything extra you want to add |
Feedback types
- Feature request — something you want Cosmo to do that it can't yet
- Bug report — something that's broken or not working as expected
- General feedback — suggestions, opinions, or observations about the product
You're always in control
- Cosmo always asks before logging feedback — it never records without your confirmation
- You can add extra notes or correct the AI's summary before it's submitted
- The importance rating comes from you, not the AI's guess
Reporting bugs
You can also proactively report bugs:
You: I want to report a bug — the artifact preview doesn't
render tables correctly when there are merged cells
Cosmo: I'll log that as a bug report. How important is this
to your workflow? (1–5)
