Folders
Organize artifacts into nested folders within a workspace.
Folders
Every workspace can hold folders to organize its artifacts. Folders can be nested — a folder inside a folder — up to 10 levels deep.
Creating a folder
In the Hub sidebar, hover over a workspace and click the "+" that appears next to it to create a top-level folder there. To create a folder inside another one, open the workspace, hover over that folder's row in the sidebar tree, and click its folder-plus icon. Type a name and press Enter to confirm, or Escape to cancel.
A folder's name must be unique among its direct siblings — you can reuse a name in a different folder, or at a different level.
Navigating
Click a folder's row in the sidebar to open it — its contents replace the artifact list on the right. A breadcrumb appears above that list showing the path back to the workspace's top level — click any earlier segment (including the workspace name itself) to jump back up.
Renaming a folder
Hover over a folder's row in the sidebar and click its name (or press Enter/F2 when it's focused) to rename it inline, the same way you rename an artifact.
Moving artifacts and folders
Drag an artifact or a folder onto another folder's row in the sidebar — or onto a breadcrumb segment above the artifact list — to file it there. Dropping a folder onto one of its own subfolders is rejected; a folder can't be nested inside itself.
You can also file an artifact into the folder you're currently viewing by uploading directly while that folder is open.
Deleting a folder
Click the trash icon on a folder's row in the sidebar. If the folder (or anything nested inside it) contains artifacts, the confirmation dialog tells you exactly how many subfolders will be removed and how many artifacts will move to the workspace's top level — artifacts are never deleted when you delete a folder, only un-filed.
